Investment Policy
The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80 percent of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of investment grade, short-term fixed, variable and floating-rate securities. This policy may be changed without shareholder approval; however, shareholders would be notified upon 60 days notice in writing of any changes. The Fund is not a money market fund and does not seek to maintain a stable net asset value.
