The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by providing investors with exposure to the price return of the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate - New York Variant (BRRNY) (Spot bitcoin) while attempting to limit downside risk through a laddered portfolio of four Calamos Bitcoin 90 Series Structured Alt Protection ETFs (the Underlying ETFs). The BRRNY is a once a day benchmark index price for bitcoin that aggregates trade data from multiple bitcoin-USD markets operated by major cryptocurrency exchanges that conform to the CME CF Constituent Exchange Criteria.
