The Funds investment strategy is to hold a combination of bitcoin and Carbon Credit Futures to replicate the performance of the Index in furtherance of its investment objective. The Index is designed to track the performance of investing in a portfolio comprised of 80 percent bitcoin and 20 percent Carbon Credit Futures. The Indexs Carbon Credit Futures are linked to the value of emissions allowances issued under the following regimes: the European Union Emissions Trading System (EU ETS), the California Cap and Trade (CCA), and Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). To obtain exposure to the EU ETS, the Index uses Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) EUA (Carbon Emission Allowances) futures (EU CEA Carbon Credit Futures).
