Trusts investment strategy is concentrated in a single asset: bitcoin. This concentration maximizes the degree of the Trusts exposure to a variety of market risks associated with bitcoin and the bitcoin trading market. By concentrating its investment strategy solely in bitcoin, any losses suffered as a result of a decrease in the value of individual bitcoin or disruption of the bitcoin trading markets, generally, can be expected to reduce the value of the Shares and will not be offset by other gains if the Trust were to invest in underlying assets that were diversified.
