The Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury 1-3 Year Bond Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated, fixed rate securities with minimum term to maturity greater than one year and less than or equal to three years. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its Assets in securities included in the Underlying Index. Assets means net assets, plus the amount of borrowing for investment purposes. ICE Data Indices, LLC is the index provider for the Underlying Index (the Index Provider). The Underlying Index is a subset of the ICE U.S. Treasury Bond Index Series and primarily includes U.S. Treasury issued debt with the following excluded: Inflation-linked securities, Floating Rate Notes, Cash Management and Treasury Bills, and any government agency debt issued with or without a government guarantee.
