Skydance Corp. (NYSE:SKYD) named six executives to lead its unified advertising business on Friday, following the $110 billion Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery merger completed this month.
Jay Askinasi, Skydance’s chief revenue officer for advertising, outlined the structure in a memo, Business Insider reported on Friday. The company’s combined portfolio includes Paramount+, CBS, Warner Bros., HBO, HBO Max and CNN.
New Ad Sales Leadership Team
Danielle Carney will lead U.S. sales, while Jill Steinhauser will oversee ad partnerships. Christine Hong will head revenue operations, and Chris Brady will lead Skydance Media Labs, the report added. Ed Romaine will oversee ad marketing, while Evan Giamanco will lead product strategy and measurement.
Steve Ellis will remain as chief operating officer for advertising, a post he has held at Paramount since 2022, and as integration lead. Lee Sears will continue to lead Paramount’s international advertising business while executives evaluate Warner Bros. Discovery’s international operations.
Integration Signals for Ad Revenue
Ryan Gould and Bobby Voltaggio, ad sales presidents at Warner Bros. Discovery, will "continue to partner" with Askinasi through the fourth quarter, the report noted.
"This team reflects how we intend to work: with clear ownership, fewer layers, and leaders who are close to the work," Askinasi told staffers, according to the report.
He said the company will organize around how clients plan and buy, and use shared data to make faster decisions.
Paramount Skydance did not immediately respond to Benzinga’s requests for comment.
