In addition, its products and services help customers develop and deploy storage and server consolidation, disaster recovery, and data security, as well as meet compliance requirements regarding data management. Its products are generally used in conjunction with servers and storage subsystems, SAN interconnection components, and server and storage management software applications and tools. The Company offers a variety of FC fabric extension, switching, and routing solutions that are designed to connect two or more data centers over long distances to enhance business continuity and disaster recovery. The Company offers consulting and post-contract customer support (PCS) services that help customers in designing, implementing, deploying, and managing networking solutions, as well as support services. Consulting services include resident service arrangements where trained Company consultants optimize customer networks and perform consolidations, migrations, and implementations. In addition to PCS arrangements, the Company offers Premier Support, a high-touch, proactive level of support focused on problem avoidance, account management, and accelerated responsiveness.
