Ltd., IBM and Juniper Networks, Inc. The Company has manufacturing arrangements with Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Asteel Flash Group, Accton Wireless Broadband Corporation, Motorola, Inc. and Quanta Computer Incorporated, under which the Company provides product forecasts and places purchase orders in advance of the scheduled delivery of products to its customers. The Company's products and services are marketed, sold and supported to end-user customers through distribution partners, including original equipment manufacturers, distributors, systems integrators, value-added resellers and directly to end-users by its sales force.
