Enstar Group Limited (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ESGR#NASDAQ">ESGR</a>) has announced today that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries has reached an agreement for a loss portfolio transfer with a subsidiary of SiriusPoint Ltd. ("SiriusPoint") to reinsure a $400 million portfolio of Workers' Compensation business covering underwriting years 2018 to 2023. &nbsp;
Under the reinsurance agreement, which will be entered into at closing, SiriusPoint will cede net reserves of approximately $400 million, and Enstar's subsidiary will provide approximately $200 million of cover in excess of the ceded reserves, with claims management transferring to Enstar.
The transaction, in which Guy Carpenter acted as the broker, will close upon receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.

TriSalus Life Sciences Inc., (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TLSI#NASDAQ">TLSI</a>), today announced the closing of a debt financing facility for up to $50 million with OrbiMed, a healthcare investment firm. The capital is expected to provide financial flexibility to support the execution of strategic expansion plans and fuel continued growth.
Under the terms of the Credit Agreement (the "Credit Agreement") with OrbiMed, the Company borrowed $25 million at closing. In addition, an aggregate of up to an additional $25 million is available in two tranches at the Company's option, based on the achievement of certain revenue thresholds. The Credit Agreement has a five-year term that matures in April 2029. In connection with the funding of the closing amount, the Company also issued OrbiMed a warrant to purchase 130,805 shares of the Company's common stock, with an exercise price of $9.5562. Including the full funding in the Credit Agreement and current cash and cash equivalents on hand, the Company expects its cash runway will extend through 2025.

The Details: According to a <a href="https://www.wsj.com/business/energy-oil/pg-e-nears-deal-with-kkr-for-stake-in-power-business-spinoff-f3c7dc44?mod=e2tw">report</a> from the Wall Street Journal, PG&amp;E said it is seeking regulatory approval to transfer its hydroelectric system and some natural gas, solar and battery facilities, into a new subsidiary called Pacific Generation. PG&amp;E then plans to sell 49.9% of the subsidiary to KKR. 
PG&amp;E said the assets under consideration are valued at nearly $3.5 billion, and analysts estimate the potential deal could be worth between $2 billion and $3 billion. 
The California Public Utilities Commission would have to approve the sale and has expressed concerns that allowing investors to own a substantial stake in PG&amp;E's generation portfolio could pose risks. According to the report, the agency has proposed blocking the sale, but has not made a final decision.

Additionally, enhanced connections will be established for regional transit service at both the University of Washington Bothell Station (SR 522) and Canyon Park Station (SR 527). A new transit-only Bus Rapid Transit station will also be introduced along the I-405 corridor.
