W&T Offshore Declares and Doubles Regular Quarterly Dividend to $0.08

W&T Offshore, Inc.

announced today that its Board of Directors doubled the regular cash quarterly dividend from $0.04 per share to $0.08 per share, payable to the holders of the Corporation's common shares. The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2012, to the shareholders of record on March 14, 2012.
