AmSurg's Physician Services Division Acquires Coastal Anesthesiology Consultants, No Terms

Sheridan, the Physician Services Division of AmSurg Corp. AMSG, today announced its acquisition of Coastal Anesthesiology Consultants, P.A., which will further expand its anesthesiology services business and strengthen its presence on the east coast of Florida. Coastal provides anesthesia services for Flagler Hospital facilities in the St. Augustine, Florida, market and is comprised of over 25 providers including physicians, certified registered nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologist assistants.
