STAG Industrial, Inc. Signs 224,000 Square Foot Lease In Gurnee, IL

STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") STAG, a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the acquisition and operation of single-tenant, industrial properties throughout the United States, announced today that it has signed a renewal lease for 223,760 square feet at a distribution warehouse building located north of Chicago in Gurnee, Illinois. The lease was signed by a manufacturer and distributer of personal care products for a term of four and a half years.
