ePlus Recognized by Cisco as Unified Contact Center Enterprise Authorized Technology Provider in the United States

ePlus inc. PLUS today announced that its subsidiary, ePlus Technology, inc., has achieved the Unified Contact Center Enterprise Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) status from Cisco. This designation recognizes ePlus as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy, and support Cisco Unified Contact Center solutions targeted to the high-end enterprise contact center marketplace. "We're pleased to add another ATP designation to our list of Cisco credentials," said Jerry McIntosh, senior vice president of advanced technology solutions for ePlus Technology. "Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise enables us to help customers rapidly deploy a distributed contact center infrastructure with personalized self-service to callers and leverage business intelligence necessary to create more efficient workflows in their contact center." To qualify for Cisco Unified Contact Center ATP status, ePlus had to meet a number of requirements, from achieving the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Channel partners must have staff that can fulfill specific job responsibilities. Partners are also required to build a lab for development and customer-fault replication.
