Adobe Partners With Workday To Modernize HR Processes With E-signatures

Adobe ADBE today announced a partnership with Workday WDAY to integrate Adobe EchoSign e-signature capabilities into Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), an end-to-end cloud system that enables organizations to make faster decisions and gain operational visibility. This integration will help modernize HR tasks and arm Workday customers with the speed, ease and security of e-signatures. Adobe EchoSign enables HR organizations to make key functions paperless; saving time, reducing errors, increasing compliance and improving employee and candidate experiences. As a valuable part of Adobe's own People Resources hiring process, Adobe EchoSign allows teams to close 64 percent of external offers within 24 hours and 15 percent within an hour. Additionally, Adobe expects to deploy various Workday HCM features internally in 2015 to take advantage of the operational efficiencies, as well as the employee and manager self-service capabilities. “Speed and security are paramount when selecting an e-signature provider to modernize the age-old hiring and onboarding process of sign, send and wait,” said Kevin M. Lynch, senior vice president and general manager, Document Services, Adobe. “The integration of Adobe EchoSign will give Workday customers the competitive advantage to present prospects with professional and secure digital documents, built seamlessly into HR systems, to deliver results quickly and efficiently.” “Adobe shares Workday's vision of simplifying and streamlining the employee experience,” said Mike Frandsen, senior vice president, Products, Workday. “The integration of EchoSign into Workday HCM furthers the ability of our customers to offer their prospects a simple and efficient onboarding and hiring experience, which is important in today's competitive talent market. We are excited to take this first step in our relationship with Adobe and look forward to continued collaboration with them, as both a partner and customer.” Adobe and Workday will provide customers with preview demonstrations of the integration at Workday Rising 2014, taking place Nov. 3-6 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Visit Adobe at booth 700 to get a first look. The integration is expected to be available to customers in the second half of 2015.
