Monroe Capital Corporation Receives Exemptive Order From the Securities And Exchange Commission

Monroe Capital Corporation (the "Company") MRCC, announced today that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Monroe Capital Corporation SBIC, LP ("MRCC SBIC"), received an exemptive order from the Securities and Exchange Commission allowing the Company to exclude debt securities issued by MRCC SBIC from the asset coverage requirements of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as applicable to the Company. This exemptive order provides the Company with expanded capacity and flexibility in obtaining future sources of capital for its investment and operational objectives.
