("Winthrop") announced today that it has sold to an unaffiliated third party its office building property located in Amherst, New York which is leased to Ingram Micro for a gross sales price of $24,500,000. Winthrop will realize net proceeds, after costs and closing adjustments and the expected release of amounts escrowed in connection with the sale, of approximately $23,700,000. The net asset value range for this property at March 31, 2014, the most recent net asset value provided by Winthrop, was $23,252,000 - $24,027,000.
