announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the company's fiscal year 2014 second quarter dividend 11 percent to $0.1525 per share. This dividend is payable on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 20, 2014. This brings the annualized dividend rate per share to $0.61 from $0.55. "We are pleased to increase our dividend 11 percent from the previous annualized rate and 22 percent from the quarterly rate just one year ago," said Jay Saccaro, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
