, an industry-leading provider of advanced image analysis, workflow solutions and radiation therapy solutions for the early identification and treatment of cancer, today announced that it intends to offer 2,000,000 shares of its common stock in a firm commitment underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions. In addition, iCAD intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 300,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. iCAD intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, if and when completed, for working capital and other general corporate purposes. Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC is acting as sole managing underwriter for the offering. The shares are being offered pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 that was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
