DDR Prices $300M Offering of Senior Unsecured Notes

DDR DDR today announced the pricing of $300 million of senior unsecured notes in an underwritten public offering. The offering consists of $300 million of 3.500% notes due 2021. The notes are being offered to investors at a price of 99.327% with a yield to maturity of 3.607%. Interest on the notes will be paid semi-annually on January 15 and July 15, beginning July 15, 2014. The offering is expected to close on or about November 26, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
