KEYW Acquires Rsignia

KEYW Corporation KEYW is pleased to announce that it has acquired Rsignia, Inc., a privately held provider of advanced cyber security solutions to industry and government customers, in an asset purchase. This strategic acquisition is closely related to Project G, KEYW's Cyber Awareness and Response platform, providing KEYW with a highly affordable and scalable solution for applications including monitoring and mitigating malicious internet packet activity, network monitoring and analysis, and forensics analysis.
