KEYW Acquires Rsignia

KEYW Corporation KEYW is pleased to announce that it has acquired Rsignia, Inc., a privately held provider of advanced cyber security solutions to industry and government customers, in an asset purchase. This strategic acquisition is closely related to Project G, KEYW's Cyber Awareness and Response platform, providing KEYW with a highly affordable and scalable solution for applications including monitoring and mitigating malicious internet packet activity, network monitoring and analysis, and forensics analysis. This transaction was completed on November 26, 2012.  "Rsignia brings innovative technology and products that are highly relevant to bringing Project G to general availability early next year," commented Leonard Moodispaw, CEO and President of KEYW Corporation. "Cyber Awareness includes the ability to monitor, manage and mitigate internet traffic as it transits enterprises. Project G, integrated with Rsignia's technology, is designed to help find, fix, and finish the cyber ghosts who are invading and compromising enterprise networks at alarming and ever increasing rates of success." Rsignia is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland and supports a range of government and commercial customers.  In addition to standalone applications, Rsignia's technology is an integral part of the Project G platform, currently in evaluation in initial commercial trials.
