KEYW Acquires Rsignia, Inc., an Innovator in Cyber Awareness Technology

HANOVER, Md., Nov. 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KEYW Corporation KEYW is pleased to announce that it has acquired Rsignia, Inc., a privately held provider of advanced cyber security solutions to industry and government customers, in an asset purchase. This strategic acquisition is closely related to Project G, KEYW's Cyber Awareness and Response platform, providing KEYW with a highly affordable and scalable solution for applications including monitoring and mitigating malicious internet packet activity, network monitoring and analysis, and forensics analysis. This transaction was completed on November 26, 2012.

Rsignia is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland and supports a range of government and commercial customers.  In addition to standalone applications, Rsignia's technology is an integral part of the Project G platform, currently in evaluation in initial commercial trials.  The financial terms of the purchase are not being disclosed.
