STAG Industrial Announces The Acquisition Of A Warehouse And Distribution Facility For $9.3 Million

STAG Industrial STAG announces the acquisition of a 200,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility located near Green Bay Wisconsin for approximately $9.3 million. The building is 100% leased to a logistics company with a remaining lease term of over 5 years. This acquisition brings STAG's total 2012 acquisition volume to approximately $174 million.
