Lionsgate and Alliance Films Deal in Spain

, a leading global entertainment company, and Alliance Films, a leading international independent film distributor, have signed a new multiyear output agreement in which feature films from both Lionsgate and Summit Entertainment will be distributed by Alliance Films in Spain, the two companies announced today. The films will be distributed by the Alliance company Aurum Producciones S.A., the leading independent distributor in Spain; the agreement extends Aurum's existing relationship with Summit to encompass Lionsgate films as well and is the latest milestone in Lionsgate's strategy of establishing an international distribution network of blue-chip partners in major territories around the world.
