MarkWest Energy Partners Increases Quarterly Cash Distribution by 14.3% to $0.80

MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MWE) today announced that the Board of Directors of the General Partner of MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P., declared a cash distribution of $0.80 per common unit for the second quarter of 2012, for an implied annual rate of $3.20 per common unit.
The second quarter 2012 distribution represents an increase of $0.10 per common unit, or 14.3 percent, compared to the second quarter 2011 distribution and an increase of $0.01 per common unit, or 1.3 percent, compared to the first quarter 2012 distribution.
