From Earlier: Chuy's Holdings Prices Its 5.8M Share Initial Public Offering at $13.00

Chuy's Holdings, Inc.

today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,833,333 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by Chuy's. In addition, Chuy's has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 874,999 shares to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on July 24, 2012 on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "CHUY." The closing of the offering is expected to occur on July 27, 2012, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Jefferies and Baird are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. KeyBanc Capital Markets, Raymond James and Stephens Inc. are serving as co-managers for the offering.
