From Earlier: j2 Global Prices $250 Million Senior Unsecured Notes

j2 Global, Inc. JCOM yesterday announced the pricing of $250 million of 8.000% senior notes due 2020 in a private placement conducted pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The sale of the notes is expected to close on July 26, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
