Invesco Mortgage Capital Expects Q2 EPS of $0.65-0.69 vs $0.69 Est

today announced preliminary estimates of selected financial results for the second quarter 2012 and as of June 30, 2012. The Company estimates that, when finally determined, its book value per share as of June 30, 2012 will be in the range of $18.38 - $18.42 and that our leverage ratio as of June 30, 2012 will be approximately 6.3x debt to equity. In addition, the Company estimates that, when finally determined, its net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, will be in the range of $0.65 - $0.69 per share.
