, the holding company of Pacific Continental Bank, announced today that its board of directors approved a third-quarter regular cash dividend of $0.06 per share. Additionally, the board declared a special cash dividend of $0.03 per share. Both dividends are payable August 13, 2012, to shareholders of record on July 30, 2012.
