Gas Natural Inc. Announces Pricing of 700K Share Offering at $10.10

Gas Natural Inc. EGAS announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 700,000 shares of its common stock by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Richard M. Osborne, at a price of $10.10 per share. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling shareholder. The offering is expected to close on July 2, 2012 subject to customary closing conditions. The selling shareholder has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 100,000 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions to cover over-allotments, if any.
