Court Denies Motion by Gobi Partners and Oak Investment Partners for Summary Judgment against VisionChina Media

VisionChina Media Inc. VISN today reported that on Friday, June 15, 2012, a New York State trial court issued a ruling denying the motion of venture capital firms Gobi Partners and Oak Investment Partners ("Oak") for summary judgment regarding their claim for $60 million in post-closing consideration in connection with the January 2010 sale to VisionChina Media of Digital Media Group (DMG).
