Xylem Expands Its Dewatering Rental Services in Brazil

Xylem Inc. XYL has announced that it will expand its dewatering rental offerings in Brazil over the next three years. Xylem is the world leader in pumps and services for dewatering, bypass and drainage applications for use in construction, mining and a wide range of industrial applications, as well as in emergency water removal. The company maintains a fleet of more than 15,000 portable electric and diesel-driven rental pumps and related equipment worldwide. In Brazil, Xylem will first strengthen its dedicated dewatering rental departments in Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro, before launching new dewatering rental services at additional locations in 2013 and 2014.
