AOL Names Curtis Brown Chief Technology Officer

AOL (NYSE: AOL) today announced the appointment of Curtis Brown as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately. Brown, a world-class engineer who joined the company as Senior Vice President of Engineering in November 2010, has served as the acting CTO since March 2012.

During this time Brown has worked closely with the entire technology leadership team and the company's executive team to ensure AOL's continued delivery of the highest quality technical products and services to our customers.
