NorthStar Realty Finance Announces Public Offering of 20M Shares

NorthStar Realty Finance Corp.

announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 20,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 3,000,000 additional shares of common stock. Deutsche Bank Securities is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering.
