TriMas Corporation Announces Pricing of 4M Share Offering at $20.75

TriMas Corporation

today announced the pricing of its previously announced registered underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.75. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares from TriMas. Settlement of the offering is expected to occur on May 8, 2012. TriMas expects to use its proceeds from the sale of the common stock for general corporate purposes.
