Agilent Technologies, Centellax Announce Agilent Will Acquire Centellax's Test and Measurement Business; Terms Not Disclosed

Agilent Technologies Inc. A and Centellax today announced they have signed a definitive agreement for Agilent to acquire the assets of Centellax's test and measurement business. Centellax, a privately held company, designs and manufactures key technology and products such as bit-error ratio testers and signal generators used for testing high-speed digital communication systems and components.
