Vipshop Announces Pricing of 11M Share Initial Public Offering at $6.50 per ADS

Vipshop Holdings Limited (NYSE: VIPS) today announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 11,004,600 American depositary shares, with each ADS representing two ordinary shares of the Company, at US$6.50 per ADS, with a total offering size of approximately US$71.5 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 23, 2012 under the symbol "VIPS."
