Mattersight Files S-3 Registration Statement

Mattersight Corporation

today announced that it filed a registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 16, 2012, to register the resale at some future date of up to 2,364,209 shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share. The Shares were issued pursuant to private offerings to IGC Fund VI, LP in connection with IGC's Fund's investment in December 2011.
