Plains All American Pipeline Prices Public Offering of 5M Common Units at $80.03

Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.

announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 of its common units representing limited partner interests at $80.03 per common unit. The offering is expected to close on March 9, 2012. The Partnership has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
