Fidelity National Information Services Announces Private Offering of $500M of Senior Notes

today announced that it plans to offer $500 million of aggregate principal amount senior notes due 2022 in a private placement to eligible purchasers, subject to market conditions. FIS intends to use the net proceeds of the Notes to repay certain indebtedness and to pay fees and expenses related to the offering.
