Radian Announces Increase in Price Range for Tender Offer for 5.625% Senior Notes Due 2013

Radian Group Inc. RDN today announced that it has amended its previously announced “Modified Dutch Auction” tender offer for a portion of its outstanding 5.625% Senior Notes Due 2013 to increase the Maximum Bid Price from $860 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes to $900 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes. The maximum aggregate payment amount of the Tender Offer remains unchanged at $100 million, and the deadlines with respect to the Tender Offer, including the Expiration Time, the Early Participation Time and the Withdrawal Deadline also remain unchanged.
