NorthStar Realty Finance Announces Pricing of 15M Share Offering at $5.55

NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. NRF announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 15,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $5.55 per share. The Company has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on February 27, 2012. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is acting as the sole bookrunning manager of the offering.
