Dynasil Corporation of America Announces Adjournment of Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Intention to Reconvene on February 29

Dynasil Corporation of America (NASDAQ: DYSL) today announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on February 16, 2012 was adjourned for lack of quorum and is scheduled to be reconvened at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on February 29, 2012 at the Company offices located at 44 Hunt Street, Watertown, Massachusetts.

The matters proposed at the adjourned meeting will be the same as those set forth in the Company's Notice of Annual Meeting and proxy statement previously distributed to stockholders.
