The Ensign Group Acquires Reno Assisted Living Facility

The Ensign Group, Inc.

announced today that it has acquired Park Place Assisted Living, a 60-unit assisted living facility in Reno, Nevada. The asset acquisition was effective on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. The purchase was made with cash and brings Ensign's growing portfolio to 103 healthcare facilities, 78 of which are Ensign-owned, three hospice companies and four home health businesses in 10 states.
