SAIC Awarded Contract by NASA Marshall Space Flight Center; Valued at More Than $11M

Science Applications International Corporation (NYSE: SAI) announced today it was awarded a prime contract by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to provide construction phase services, value engineering and total building commissioning services in support of the Marshall Space Flight Center, Facilities Management Office. The follow-on contract has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options, and a contract value of more than $11 million if all options are exercised.

Work will be performed at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala. and NASA's Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, La.
