Tekmira Granted an Injunction Against Certain Individuals From AlCana Technologies by the Supreme Court of British Columbia

disclosed today that the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted Tekmira's application for an injunction that orders confidential documents and materials be returned to Tekmira and prohibits the use of Tekmira's confidential information. The injunction also requires the defendants to identify every person and corporation to whom the information was provided or communicated.
