Siemens Awarded Multiple Orders in the U.S. for Its Power Plant Automation Controls System

Siemens Instrumentation SI, Controls and Electrical (IC&E) North American group in Alpharetta, Georgia has been awarded several "first time" key project orders in the areas of alternative fuel generation, migrations of existing traditional generation, and the provision of new innovative technology for machinery vibration monitoring and protection. These U.S. projects will showcase the world class market talents of the Siemens SPPA-T3000 distributed controls system and the SPPA-D3000 machinery monitoring and protection systems.
