HMS Awarded Third Party Liability Contract by the State of Louisiana

HMS HMSY, a wholly owned subsidiary of HMS Holdings Corp., announced today that is has been awarded a contract by the State of Louisiana, Department of Health and Hospitals, to provide third party liability identification and recovery services. HMS will also perform data matches and insurance verifications to ensure that the state's third party eligibility resource file remains current, and will also administer the Louisiana Health Insurance Premium Payment program. The contract extends through June 30, 2014.
