Invesco Mortgage Capital Announces Public Offering of 20M Shares

Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. IVR announced today that it plans to make a public offering of 20,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
