Emerging Global India Consumer ETF Debuts Wednesday

Emerging Global Advisors, the ETF issuer behind the the EGShares series of emerging markets ETFs, will introduce its third India-specific ETF on Wednesday with the debut of the EGShares India Consumer ETF. The new fund will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “INCO.” INCO will feature an expense ratio of 0.89% and invest in companies with market caps of at least $100 million. The new ETF is part of the suite of nine India sector plays Emerging Global filed plans for earlier this year. INCO is the first of the group to come to market. As noted earlier, Emerging Global is no stranger to India-specific ETFs. The firm also offers the EGShares Indxx India Small Cap ETF

. Emerging Global had 17 ETFs with $553 million in assets under management trading at the end of July, according to data from the National Stock Exchange.
