On CNBC's Options Action, Dan Nathan said that Cisco Systems
CSCO will probably post a good earnings result on Wednesday, November 10th.
He explained that Cisco (
CSCO) is lagging behind Juniper Networks, Inc.
JNPR and NASDAQ Index, and if you want to bet that market is going higher, than you should choose stocks that haven't yet made their move. Cisco is trading flat on the year, and JNPR gained approximately 30%.
Dan Nathan wants to sell the December 23 put for $0.45, and buy the December 25 call for $0.45. This is a bullish call on CSCO, and its break even is at $25.
Cisco Systems, Inc. (
CSCO) gained 0.12% on Friday, and closed at $24.24. You can watch the video
