LinkedIn up 8.2% on Goldman Sachs Upgrade

LinkedIn Corporation (NYSE: LNKD) is trading higher on the session following an upgrade at Goldman Sachs. Goldman upgraded the company from Neutral to Buy and raised its price target from $80 to $135.

Goldman Sachs noted, "We believe growth in the core hiring solutions and marketing services businesses is likely to be higher than market expectations. Our checks show increasing traction for LinkedIn's hiring solutions and improving user engagement that, along with emerging products, suggest a steeper slope to the company's long-term growth."

LinkedIn is currently trading at $99.35, a gain of $7.51 or 8.18%.
